PureCart
Systems™ was formed in northeastern Wisconsin by parents
who are aware of increasing health concerns. The founders dedicated
themselves to improving people’s health by offering safe
and affordable products and services that help limit exposure
to harmful bacteria and germs. They developed the PureCart™
system to provide the grocery store consumer with a much safer
and healthier shopping experience. After researching past designs
and consulting with grocery store owners and
consumers, the founders of PureCart Systems™ developed a
safe, simple to operate, reliable and cost-effective system which
has been tested to eliminate 99%+ of commonly found bacteria (like staphylococcus, typical
E.coli, salmonella and listeria), yeasts, fungus and mold that can be present on shopping carts and harmful to the public.
PureCart
Systems™ is:
Affordable—The
PureCart™ system costs 1 to 2 cents per cart and can cost
less per cart than the leading alternative (i.e. wipes).
Comprehensive—Wipes
only clean the cart handle and seats; PureCart™ purifies
the entire cart. Consumers touch cart handles (exposing them to
germs) prior to applying wipes. With the PureCart™ method,
carts are purified before the consumer touches the cart.
Safe—PureCart’s™
sanitizing solution is approved by the FDA and EPA. It is
safe for human contact (eyes, nose, mouth, skin), as well as food.
Easy
to Use—Solutions are easy to refill; the system
requires only a drain and a 110 VAC, 20 Amp electrical outlet; and
the spray wand allows other items such as baskets and child seats
to be easily purified.
Fast—Carts
are purified swiftly by pushing them through the enclosure. The
spray goes on wet, but dries quickly.
Return
on Investment—Due to the low cost of the system,
an average grocer would need to convert only fifteen new customers
in the first year to cover the cost of the system. With normal
run rates, the PureCart™ system will only cost 1 to 2 cents
per cart to operate.
Accommodating—The
compact PureCart™ system fits within store logistics and
traffic flow.
