In an effort to enhance and focus the company's core competencies, PureCart Enterprises, LLC has acquired the PureCart product line, a shopping cart sanitization system, from PureCart Systems, LLC.

PureCart offers the most effective, comprehensive way to protect consumers against harmful
germs and bacteria on shopping carts and other hard surfaces," said Jeff Taylor, one of the
original inventers of the PureCart product and owner of Purecart Enterprises, LLC. "The
transition will be seamless to the existing customer base. We look forward to continuing those
existing relationships and creating new ones."
The PureCart system consists of a compact spray booth and a separate control unit. Carts are
purified when they pass through the spray booth after each use. The system uses a no-rinse
sanitizing solution that is safe for human contact. The EPA and FDA have approved the base
formulation for food contact. The National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) has also approved it for
contact with fruits and vegetables. In addition, the solution which breaks down into carbon
dioxide and water, contains a fresh lemon fragrance and dries in minutes.
Previously the PureCart system has received world-wide recognition and has been featured
on NBC's Today Show, ABC World News, and in The Wall Street Journal and The USA Today.
